NFT holders receive a limited licence to display their purchased NFT artwork for personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not transfer intellectual property ownership.

Information We Collect: We collect minimal personal data. When you connect a cryptocurrency wallet to the application, we may process your public wallet address. We collect anonymised usage data through analytics (see Cookies & Analytics below). We do not collect names, email addresses, or other personally identifiable information unless voluntarily provided through our community channels (Telegram, Discord, Twitter).
How We Use Information: Wallet addresses are used solely to facilitate on-chain transactions (voting, minting, burning, NFT interactions). Analytics data is used to improve website performance and user experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Blockchain Data: Please be aware that all blockchain transactions are publicly visible and permanently recorded on the Base chain. This is inherent to blockchain technology and is not within our control.
Data Retention: We retain analytics data for a maximum of 26 months. On-chain data is permanent and cannot be deleted due to the nature of blockchain technology.
